By downloading, installing, or using any Gositech application or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on authorized devices you own or control. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application.

Use Restrictions

• Remove or alter copyright notices or other proprietary markings
• Use the application for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools without permission
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools
• Harass, abuse, or violate the rights of other users

Intellectual Property Rights

All content in our applications, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to Gositech and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our explicit permission.

In-App Purchases

Please note:

• All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Purchases are governed by your app store's terms and policies
• We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases by third parties
• Prices may change without notice

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gositech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the application immediately ceases.

Age Requirements

Our services are intended for users aged 13 years and older. By using our applications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before using our services.

Minor Users

For users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, parents or guardians are responsible for all activities conducted through their child's account. Parents or guardians can contact us to manage their child's account or request deletion of data.

Age Verification

We may require age verification for certain features or services. Providing false information about your age is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Google Play Compliance

• Users agree to comply with Google Play's Developer Program Policies
• We do not permit content that is misleading, deceptive, or inappropriate for children
• All permissions requested are disclosed and used transparently
• Advertising follows Google Play's Families policy for child-appropriate content

Apple App Store Compliance

• Our applications comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines
• Content ratings are accurately assigned according to Apple's rating system
• We respect Apple's App Tracking Transparency and obtain explicit consent for tracking
• Health and safety data is handled according to Apple's strict requirements

Xiaomi Store Compliance

• Applications comply with Xiaomi Store submission and operational requirements
• Content complies with Chinese internet regulations and community standards
• Security and privacy comply with Xiaomi Store policies

Samsung Galaxy Store Compliance

• Applications comply with Samsung Galaxy Store policies and guidelines
• Content ratings and descriptions are accurate and appropriate
• Privacy protections meet Samsung's stringent requirements
